Ben,

I'm sorry to hear Ney is not writing a new book. A year or two ago I had read that one was in the works. I guess that's not the case any longer. I do believe there would be interest in his books today if
word could get out. But given the bias in the media and the control of the financial community, that is not likely to happen any time soon. At the very least it would be nice to see the books reprinted. Being out of print, they are difficult to find. They are however sometimes available thru Amazon.com and you can get The Wall Street Jungle directly from Ney - at least you could several years ago. I've read all three of his books. The Wall Street Jungle and Making it in the Market are the most useful. I originally heard of Ney about 10 years ago and his writings completely transformed my thinking and trading. I now focus nearly exclusively on price action and its implications. No other techniques have been more helpful to me in trying to understand whats going on. I really can't go into much detail as many factors go into a given trade. I would not do you any justice. Undisputed supertrader Marty Schwartz (from Market Wizards) trades m-tops. Mr. Schwartz is a former floortrader and knows the game. Though he is far more sophistocated (and profitable) than I, That is one of several indicators I use. In my years of study, that is the closest to the holy grail mere mortals like us will ever find. Think about it and apply Ney's views. You might be suprised what you come up with.

Best of luck to you.

John
