Giota, somebody SOLD those shares as well. Its pure folly to speculate about "accumalation" solely based on the information you posted.

Regarding this "takeover" speculation: Why spend 1.7 billion on a company with projected revenue of only 400 million, and marginally profitable, if at all. Why not wait and pick it up for about 800-900 million?

Also, arbitrage, which is speculating and making plays based solely on "takeover" possibilities is extremely risky, and rarely profitable.

Until the fundamental changes (positive) OCCUR, NSCP will conitinue to fall to realistic valuations based on "normal" market forces (versus the extreme optimism for NSCP prior to the earnings and revenue warnings). In NSCP's case, valuations of over 1 billion cannot be justified at this time. IMO, NSCP will fall to the 9-10 range.
