Gerald--I think it's going to be like getting out of a theater when someone yells "FIRE". Management will be dragging their feet and suddenly wake up and think "OH Sh*T". We better find get busy and find a company to get us compliant. We need a couple of big boys to go along with BMY's and then we will be on a roll. Just no more dilution--IMHO Jan
