TLT put out a press release yesterday directing readers to their website for a "quarterly update".
The take? They have not, as previously promised , responded to the FDA 's "clinical hold" on the IND application by Dec 31 st.

One more patient treated in T.O. , 6 now in total

no new trial sites although 3 were in process as of November

oh, and as they have been talking about for the last 3 years, they plan on conducting a phase1 trial in another indication.

I hope they have something more and better to say before the next "quarterly report". Issuing a news release that effectively says go to our website download a document and find out what we are talking about is another demonstration of asinine TLT management.
