Republicans freed the slaves and the Democrats hung them. So, after 100 years of voting Republican, Johnson offered the Blacks a lot of free stuff and said he "would have those Ni***ers voting Democrat for the next 100 years". The Democrats put the blacks back on the plantation and until Trump came along, that is where they have stayed. Now they have a chance to share in the economic pie as long as they just #walkway.
