Interesting thoughts about the Bankers not learning. Have you considered that maybe its not about learning at all but just being bailed out and saving their dimes. Politically motivated ?
Curious what percentage of folks working in the Banking Industry and Federal Reserve, like those who are actually in charge of the decision making process, Vote Republican ?
My guess would be the vast majority.
