you can see the monthly dividend record dates in the stock price chart:
around 15 cents per month in 2019

just looked at disti history...
2018 distribution averaged 8 cents per month
2015 distributions averaged 3.6 cents per month
2014 were 2.6 cents per month
they vary more than i expected.
are my numbers correct?

you said: they attempt to keep the NAV relatively stable and let the effective yield shift as interest rates shuffle about.
