There may be a silver lining in all this talk about extra shares. At least it's not debt. I'd rather have afew more shares then have heavy debt on the balance sheet. SAIC believes in SEXI. Sprint is bidding on contracts with SEXI products in mind. Prisons have not gone away. There is still excellent potential here. A little mgmt shakeup never hurt either. Someone is definitely shaking the tree. The extra shares may not even exist. It could be a ploy to lower the shares further. JMO. Give them some time.
