Softbank . imho thats is not a good way of looking at the company. look at what it owns. the company sells at something like 50% of its market valued shares less debt. that does not include armhy for which it paid some $32 billion back in the day or its private equity investments which have been much maligned. or its ownership of the vision fund. the principal keep looking to hit global home runs . so far hes hit a few he also strikes out a lot. but right now im not paying anything for any of these potential home runs. and getting what is valued by the market at a big discount. I think the biggest risk might be that he keeps borrowing against the baba stake and then runs into liquidity probems but i dont think that justifies the big discount.

the softbank forum has a valuation from the softbank website that is updated daily.
