I'm hearing some of those rumblings thanks for sharing. Apparently Ohio job creation last 12 months possibly in contraction mode? Only real swing state of the 9 appears to be PA? I just looked on realtor.com places from Dayton, to Columbus, Youngstown and east central PA Scranton to Lancaster all have just 2-3 months of existing single family inventory. Lennar beat earnings easily today BUT stock barely up.. barrons.com
