SEXI Conference call is planned per OTC Communications......SGA Commentary for SEXI 10/4/96. It looks like the extra shares are for acquisitions. SYSTEMS OF EXCELLENCE : (SEXI) $1.49 Down $.09 cents and traded on the OTC Bulletin Board...... We had stated yesterday that we would have no further comments on SEXI until the company announced a contract. However, information came to light after the close of trading yesterday which we feel you must know,....if you don't know already. All of us have been wondering why the continued weakness in this stock?? Why have there been so many big blocks of stock being sold?? SEXI's most recent 10Q is dated September 22, 1996. We're assuming that the whole world already knows what was released in the 10Q and that hopefully, the stock will strengthen up from here. According to the 10Q dated 09/22/96, there are currently 63.9 million shares outstanding. When SGA initially recommended Systems of Excellence back in January of this year, there were 28 million shares outstanding. After talking with OTC Communications yesterday after the close, it is our understanding that the increased share structure is for SEXI's acquisitions. We were told that the company along with OTC Communications is in the process of planing an investor conference call to go over the most recent 10Q.
