Based on pre-market action, it looks like the market is not responding well to this news. As to why should be obvious: Diwan has run the company to the ground, and while the Cides may actually be on their way to show their effectiveness, the market does not believe NNVC will survive in the process. So here we are with a load of irony: This may actually be a revolutionary innovation as many believed, but the shareholders will get nothing for it but a huge reaming by the powers that be.
