It is just another example of how top management has a vice-like control on this company. Notice the husband and wife team. This is something that always raises flags in my mind. When you have a company that has family members at top positions it is a recipe for disaster. You don't see companies like INTC, MSFT, ORCL, C$CO, A$ND, SUNW, DELL, CIEN, CPQ, etc having husband and wife teams running the show.

DID IT EVER OCCUR TO YOU that maybe one day Par and Sharon might have a nasty break-up and it will cause ripples throughout the company? If you say that it probably wouldn't make much difference, then the spouse probably isn't doing much in the first place. If you argue that their departure wouldn't hurt the company then how is them being there adding to the company? You can't have it both ways.

What happens if they have a nasty divorice and one of the two leaves the company, and then doesn't want to be a part anymore, so they dump all their shares??? Did that ever cross your mind?

Would you be willing to accept possibly millions of shares being sold on the open market if their is a break-up?
