People with money should not waste it by giving the money to causes (such as recovering from the climate damages) that only help the climate deniers continue to spread disinformation while enriching themselves.

Invest the money in fighting the right-wing climate disinformation machines.

These climate-disinformation machines are the fossil fuel interests (Koch Industries and Exxon-Mobile, ...), conservative right-wing politicians (Trump, Morrison, McConnell, Graham, ...), right-wing fakenews companies (FoxNews and all Newscorp media companies, WSJ, ...)
