Trump supported the war with Iraq when it began:

In a 2002 interview with Howard Stern, Trump was directly asked if he would support the invasion of Iraq, which didn't begin until March 2003. "Yeah, I guess so," Trump responded. "I wish the first time it was done correctly."

That doesn't make Trump special. The Iraq war was authorized by Congress and supported by leaders of both parties. The Iraq war authorization is still in effect and there's currently no movement to change that.

Furthermore, Trump has bristled at the idea of Iraq ordering US Troops to leave the country, vowing to put heavier sanctions on Iraq than he has on Iran.
