I'm not sure that would happen. Iran knows, and so do all the other Muslim countries around Israel, that Israel has developed a nuclear capability beyond just land based missiles in Israel. So Israel has a second strike capability that goes into effect even after Israel would be destroyed by nukes. So the mutually assured destruction principle is alive and well there, whether or not the US presence is there. In addition, I think the whole world knows by now that the US and Israel are inseparable. We have each other's backs and that will never end. Under Trump, everyone knows he's a huge supporter of Israel's. Remember, he's the first President in history to move our embassy to Jerusalem and accept Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
