Note re beyond / impossible meats, that which I treat as WeWork of the food industry, meaning a flimflam at worst and pointless exercise at best

I suppose it would be great if fakemeat takes off enough so that real meat becomes cheaper

Especially if pig trotter slow-stewed in iron pot
