To all: I think I remember reading one time that ANAD supplied chips to General Instrament (nka Next Level but soon to be General Inst. again) for use in set top boxes. Recently, there has been a flurry of speculation regarding cable co. investment (in the billions of $) in set top boxes to bring digital cable service in to millions of homes across the country. If I can find the article I'll post it. If anyone has any knowledge of what ANAD sells to Gen. Instr. please post.
