I strongly agree with you! This is almost criminal.<g>
It is up to Iomega to insist the box manufacturer include
literature or software prominently explaining the
installed ZIP.
All this advertising and then no follow-through. :(
BTW, I observe this a lot: heavy advertising in newspapers
attracts me to a store, and store personnel knows nothing
about the ad. That is a management screw-up, wasting the
money spent on advertising!
