Perhaps it does need new management, but since RAIN has suffered similar problems with same store sales and stock performance we can't fool ourselves into thinking poor management is the main problem. If it is simply poor management, that is actually easy and quick to fix, but if the problem is in the theme restaurant concept, or excessive competition then the fix isn't so easy.

I hope the problem is as simple as poor management, but I think it goes deeper. I'm still a believer long term, but all theme restaurants now need to prove themselves.
