TG, Sorry for the misunderstanding. It's just that in one paragraph you mention that 2,500,000 shares will be issued in lieu of $5,000,000 cash and in another paragraph you ask if exchange of the stock is to be made upon reciept of "the cash". I guess I assumed that you were, in the latter, referring to the cash to be received on the 28th. Sorry again if I misunderstood your meaning. Regards, AD
