Re. the Thais and Koreans collecting gold from the people lately:

I find this hard to say whether it is good or bad. On the one hand, it is good that the government feels gold is a worthwhile commodity however on the other hand, if they begin to sell it will they have enough to adversely affect the price?

Any thoughts on this?
