U.S.—On a new episode of The Jim Bakker Show, televangelist Jim Bakker proclaimed that on the Last Day, many will cry out, "Lord! Lord! Did we not prophesy and cast out demons in Your name?" but Jesus will reply, "Depart from me, you didn't vote for Trump."
"There are many who think they are of God because they go to church, read their Bibles, and do Christiany things," Bakker said. "But they've all forgotten the most important thing: supporting Donald Trump. Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you vote for Donald Trump again, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
"You have abandoned your first love!" he preached, pleading with his audience to repent and put their faith in Trump. "Put away your cold, dead, religion, and rekindle your love for Donald Trump, or the Lord will come and remove your lampstand from among you! I beg you!" Bakker got down on his knees, tears streaming from his eyes. "It's not too late, but Trump won't wait forever! Let everyone who is outside of Trump now awake and fly from the wrath to come!"
The televangelist then led an altar call that resulted in fifteen Republican party registrations.
