I spoke with someone at CECN today, and this is what I was told... SRDO - the deal is still on. Its taking longer because SRDO has some financial matters to sort out... NASDAQ listing: CECN has provided everything NASDAQ requested, and now NASDAQ feels like it has more investigating to do because of the management change or something... CECN is deciding whether to take NASDAQ to court or let NASDAQ conduct the investigation. Tennessee Coal and Timber Property: There are currently 3 separate companies negotiating the purchase of this land. That's what I got out of my phone call... The number for CEC Industries is (702)893-4747. I think there is great potential in this company's stock.
