Gee, now they only need 90% per annum growth for the next three years to reach $1 billion in 2000.

That is my point. As long as people are willing to wait three years, this thing is fine.

In my experience, investors do wait three years on a regular basis, sometimes they might even give valuations corresponding to four or even five years and wait. If the valuation accounts for growth beyond five years, short!
