President Clinton began his Friday declaring his innocence to the gathered members of his Cabinet. Press Secretary Mike McCurry said he does not yet know whether the President will mention female problem in Tuesday's State of the Union address. Why doesn't he just announce he's having a sex-change operation. THAT'D shut everybody up for a coupla minutes.
