Hello Leo Francis,

YES, I do believe the stock has a strong accumulation! I do know you are very negative on Netscape, now thats your opinion and to speculate a 9 - 10 dollar range, well good luck! I totally disagree!
and that is my opinion! thats what makes this market.

On Jan 22nd/98, just two days ago according to my 5 min. chart analysis, heavy buying from: 10:00 am to 11:00 am, 2.5 mill shares on positive up ticks. thats only 1 hour amazing! Maybe Merrill Lynch was
buying.

If Merrill Lynch & Co. likes the idea that Netscape made a smart move
by giving away it's browser for free, and Bruce Smith at Merrill Lynch
said the idea is on the money they must see something more of a nice turnaround, overall this will generate PROFITS.

If the earnings annoucement is not as bad as everyone thinks, we are
looking for an upgrade. The loss we are expecting is already in the price. The question is how much! Netscape will turnaround, that's what I believe. Time will tell.

Good Luck to all Netscape shareholders.

regards,

Giota
