Volume did pick up around the time the CEO made bullish comments on Sept 17 (DJ Newswire), and the CFO confirmed that Q3 would meet analysts expectations and seemed to imply that Q3 would look good. But I can't explain the delayed surge; I suspect that more info may have gotten out recently. (OTOH, I had my bid in at 8.5 and was never offered any. Win some, lose some.) Steve
