A successful SORAYA trial would mean better terms for such a ROW deal but waiting until after to raise money may put the final nail in the coffin for the company if this trial fails. They have plenty of legacy partnerships they could monetize and many avenues for making it through MIRASOL even with the new expenditures for trials they now require.
