The silicon die savings should be about 35% (203 sq. mm.--> 131 sq. mm).

However, this comes at the expense of a higher cost per wafer for the 0.25 micron process. My guess is $1750 --> $2050. (17% increase)

This should reduce costs by a net 25% +/- 5% - my rough guess.
