Eddy, why? Why do you make such silly allegations? You sound like one of the pathetic longs from the Scam-Ex thread. What exactly do you think is illegal? Why do you think that craig can force FIBR into bankruptcy? If you really think that, I'd suggest you stick with mutual funds since they can't be shorted. Sheesh, go ahead and call write do what you will with the SEC. Make sure to tell them you're reporting someone for disagreeing with your assesment of a particular company. Make sure to tell them that you don't like people who disagree and want them to shut them up, so that you never have to listen to a contradictory opinion again.

And in the meantime, if you really believe craig has the power to do what you say, you'd better sell, because the folks on the Scam-Ex thread 2 years later are still waiting for the gov't and the SEC to put a stop to that behavior, so the liklihood is the gov't won't step in, and craig will force the company into bankruptcy.

Oh, BTW, I take it your long? What is your opinion of the person that sold you the stock? After all, it was opposite yours.

Sheesh!
