I definitely believe in the first 120 days of the buyback program Joe should keep the share holders informed as to how its going and I see no reason why he can't post how many shares have been repurchased. Joe: When a company does a buy back do the shares purchased eventually show up in a Fed filing similar to a insider buy or sale?? Thanks<dan
