you have a low opinion of women, in my experience most woman want to love the person not the wallet. I'll give you an example, my wife worked for a guy who was filthy rich, Bob was a bit fat and had a bad hip, he loved a women but she did not love him, he gave her $100,000 as a gift and what did she do, she took off with another guy and only came back when the money was gone, she could have been rich had she married Bob, a half year later he was dead at 49, he had pancreatic cancer, the family inherited his estate, she didn't get a dime.
