Jon it was my understanding the $60 million writeoff was for expenses in acquiring those 3 companies -- not the cost of the companies. If it was the latter as you imply then that's OK. If it was the former, I repeat, $60 million sounds awfully high to me. I guess I don't understand the term" acquired in-process technology".
