The company is having a hard time raising desperately needed capital, in fact it appears they cannot. The only chance NNVC, the publicly held entity, has of survival is if there is someone waiting in the wings for INDA approval, but I don't see that as a catalyst for anything INDA so I doubt it. (Reaching 1 year old is vital for a human but not a big achievement.) And the authorized share # is too low to do anything anyway. So it doesn't look good. Dr Diwan just mismanaged his NNVC endeavor and hurt the shareholders who funded him.
