LOL You should read the OPLV board from January to find out how the poor shareholders found out they had been subjected to a 30:1 reverse split. There was no announcement at all, they found out when Margan was reached on his car phone. They is NOT how a public company is supposed to inform shareholders. Seems Morgan has his own set of rules to go by. Perhaps we can direct our questions to the SEC instead of the company.
