Larry, I have also heard that the scale up won't be a problem. As I posted a week or so ago, I spoke to some mining people who are not associated with any desert dirt. These people were familiar with this type of ore and described a process that sounded similar to what little I have heard about the Johnson-Lett process. Based on what they said I got the feeling that scale up would not be a problem. Yet this is so vital for us I still consider it a major issue and put it at the top of my list. I will be very happy when the production assay is complete. I would prefer to think of the managment situatuion not so much as a problem as an area of need. We need more competent mining people in control of the mining operations. The solution is easy; go out and hire mining professionals. If there is an arguement that we are still in the research phase and not yet in the mining phase my response would be that we have a very good use for these people right now. Mining profesionals should be in charge of the testing program. They know how to deal with labs. Right now I believe we have business people dealing with the testing. The problem with this is that they don't always understand what the labs are saying. I believe some of the difficulty we have had with wording in the recent press releases is that the business people don't have a professional understanding of what the labs are saying and as a result have chosen poor wording to report some results. Professional mining people would be much better suited for this job. This could also be the source of some of the roumers we hear as well intentioned people misinterpert what they are hearing. We will have to hire these people eventually and the sooner the better. Henry
