It is a lie to assert that only Obama was in the negotiations (the negotiations were multilateral, not bilateral) and it is a lie to assert that the agreement gave Iran nuclear weapons, which was what your original claim was. If the agreement was in force, it may or may not have been the case that they would continue developing a nuclear weapon after the 15 years was up. It would have been up to the five nations that negotiated the treaty to get together with Iran and find a way to prevent that. If Iran had restarted their program, there was nothing to stop them from slapping sanctions on Iran again. As it is, Iran could get a nuclear weapon in the next one to two years, according to Israeli intelligence (cf haaretz.com ). That doesn't seem like an improvement over a 15 year delay, to say the least.
