Re: AHG--I don't think the stock will necessarily tank if it does not accept the Transworld offer. There are other known interested prospective buyers; also one other large institutional holder (besides Michael Price) acc'g to WSJ article has threatened a proxy battle if AHG board does not act. The annual meeting should be sometime in May if same as last year. That said, I opted for the June 15 calls. I _suspect_ (read: guess) AHG would rather not do business with Transworld (AFAIK Transworld lowered previous $18 offer to $16 following due dill.; AHG walked away, even though they knew they were going to blow the qtr and stock would tank) and is looking for a better deal. That reminds me of how ITT didn't want to even say hello to Hilton, much less accept what in hindsight was a lowball buyout offer, ultimately scoring vastly better deal.
