When did they take Healthsource over? (idea being what was the then present feeling on WS towards HMO stocks: euphoria or depression);

How much did they pay? (idea: how much for each enrolled HMO member. The Yahoo guy said they had 1m people in HMO enrollment and X people in some other type of enrollment that I don't know about. Because of this, the answer may be somwhat more complicated as to what of the aquisition price was attributable to each of the 1m HMO members).

Where did Healthsource have their franchise geographically? (idea composition of the local community as to age and population growth rate, etc.). However if the customer base is sufficiently large, the statistical "law of the big no." may level-off these considerations.

If you can spare the time, such a call may be quite helpful indeed,
