Of course you would like to buy at the bottom, but how do you know this *is* the bottom. Perhaps we should wait till the trend changes, or at least looks lioke it is changing, even if it means we will not get in at the bottom. Right now, I don't think many would disagree that the trend is definitely down for the oil sevrice industry, regardless of all the commentary or rationales that it shouldn't be..
