I don't know much about John Norton, but like Henry I believe it is very important to bring in mining professionals. We obviously also need business professionals, who will have to deal with the promotion of the stock to the fund managers and the like. These are, IMHO, just as critical issues as the ongoing testing process, and also need to be addressed soon.
