Spank and Linda, i have spoken to the CEO of many companies (even huge DOW companies), sometimes it takes a day to get my call returned. Iomega has NEVER offered to have KE return my call. It might be because they get so many calls from small investors).

One trick that i have used is when they ask who is calling i respond: "Edward *****, Individual Investor."

As you may know, Individual Investor is the name of a national publication.
