I always thought the market worked by anticipation in the valuing of stocks. With the recent positive press releases regarding Remune, why does IMNR look flat. Also, why does IMNR get upgraded from a buy, to a strong buy and fall from $13 to $10/sh?. I have 1,500 shares and was quite nervous about phase III results until the most recent press release, however I still suspect there is something else we are missing. I believe IMNR will succeed, partially because the executives dropped $16 mil of their own money into the company. Does anyone have any information on the $14 warrants issued to the executives who put up the $16 mil?. It is my understanding that the warrants cannot be exercised unless IMNR trades above $28/sh for 45 consecutive days. I have lots of questions, any answers?
