The latest Xcite merger won't help earnings any time soon. Paying 10 times sales seem awfully rich. By issuing over 3 million new shares it is going to make it tough to impact their P/E in a positive way. Considering they have been continually stating that they will post a profit in '98, the merger will dilute earnings for quite some time and may be a drag in this area besides. I'm hoping for the best, however, I am now concerned.
