Thank you very much for forwarding a copy of E-Mail you received the other day re a Washington D.C. law firm. Apparently Asensio/Wexler or Wexler/Asensio has convinced an investigation by Donald J. Enright at Finkelstein, Thompson and Loughran to investigate Zonagen. The letter was put out by Thompson who states he is with a law firm that handles plaintiffs class action lawsuits in the securities field and other securities matters. The disclaimer is perhaps the most interesting part of the e-mail. I guess and this is strictly conjecture Mr. Thompson Jr. or Sr. whatever anyone i.e. a long or a short can bring about a complaint to your office that might warrant an investigation? I am certain if you do your homework Zonagen has neither confirmation of a patent nor has filed for an NDA. People have invested because they believe that the above will be approved. You don't win them all especially if you are a short.
