Facts: Trump orders his goons to "take out" Yovanovitch. One of those goons starts tracking her movements and joking about paying someone to take her out. Yovanovitch is told by the State Department that her security is at risk and she must board the next plane out.

Maybe it's just me, but I think a reality TV host who made his living by barking the words, “You’re fired!” would have said “fired” if that's what he meant. Instead, Trump said to “Take her out,” so, presumably, he was ordering them to Take. Her. Out.
