Myron,

Law firms investigate grounds for suit against companies all the time. There's nothing necessarily nefarious about it. The question is whether there's something wrong about Zonagen, which would warrant a class action suit, don't you think? They won't file unless they feel they have a case, so I think if they file there may be a real problem with the company.
