In "Clinton-speak" (B.B.'s new phrase), telling someone to "lie" is not the same as telling them to "deny" something that really happened. However, in my book, it is absolutely the same thing. All that aside, he allegedly lied in his deposition last week when he said he did not have an affair with M.L. That in and of itself (as I understand it) will be a felony perjury (if proven by the mounting mass of evidence being collected by the prosecution) and therefore an impeachable offense.

If the above is indeed true, what will he do? IMO, he is another O.J. who has lied so much he believes himself. Plus, he doesn't know when to quit. So I can't see him stepping down unless he is forced to - i.e. impeachment.

Impeachment and/or a diversionary tactic such as a short war with Iraq I believe will have a negative (300 - 500 DJIA points) effect on the market. However, after listening to B.B. today, even if that happens I don't think it will take long to recover.

So, the $64M question is: do I pull my money into cash and wait to take advantage of the dip I feel fairly certain will come? Or do I just forget the whole thing, leave my money where it is and worry about trying some market timing when a more predictable swing is in the offing?

Any and all civil suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
