Here's some additional info regarding my post from yesterday. I see in the current edition of Telephony that Anchorage Telecommunications began offering DSL service under tariff using Pairgain HDSL for 1.544 mbps access to a corporate LAN from the home or for internet access. So HDSL based systems can now be considered as part of the high bit rate digital subscriber line access market in the present tense instead of the future tense.
